when you think that your external keyboard is not working correctly or some particular key is not functioning then you can use internal keyboard on your desktop display. This goods of keyboard is found in windows xp and 7. Just follow these steps:

• Go to start menu and press “run”
• Type  “osk”
• Now press enter.
